Campaign Action Item Sequencing
One of the challenges our customers were facing was that they often had campaigns in which they needed for their employees to complete action items in a specific order (for example, completing a policy training before signing the related policy). Through this work I created a means for customer campaign administrators to set the required sequencing of items in a given campaign and make it clear to users what order things needed to be completed in.
A second problem we discovered was that frequently when employees completed one action item in their to do list, they often failed to return to the start screen to begin the next item in the list. To solve for this I created a transitional screen to “hand-hold” the employee through the experience, alerting them to any additional action items while still allowing them to dismiss the notice and return to complete them later.

Convercent Navigation Redesign
Following Convercent’s shift from the SMB market to the enterprise space, we found that our existing navigation structure and information architecture lacked the depth required to support the complexity of the enterprise application we were building. During the course of a two month research project we uncovered the need for more embedded menu actions as well as more tools for power users in larger corporations.

These three dashboards are concept pieces that are part of a larger prototype set that I created in coordination with our CS, PS, and Marketing teams to drive discussion both internally and with customers about various concepts such as risk-tracking, gamification, and AI-enabled chat interfaces for finding information.
